• Designed and launched Brewed Online — a multi-roaster marketplace featuring 30+ artisan coffee roasters.
• Led technical architecture and delivery: headless React storefront, Cloudflare Worker reverse proxy, third-party app integrations and custom features via the Shopify APIs.
• Designed and integrated a bespoke membership programme spanning online store and in-store POS.
• Owned digital marketing: Klaviyo lifecycle flows, SEO, product copy and content; built an internal SEO dashboard and AI-assisted copy pipeline.

Hourglass Coffee — Stoke Newington, London

• Built and launched an independent specialty coffee shop at Clissold Park from a shell unit — design, fit-out, POS, hiring and day-to-day operations.
• Streamlined operations so the business runs largely without me, freeing time to focus on development work.
